What we collect

- Listing content: photos, addresses, prices, descriptions.
- Verification documents: ID and proof-of-address, where you submit them.
- Usage data: pages viewed, searches, messages, device and approximate location.
How we use it
- Operate the marketplace and connect buyers, sellers, agents and tenants.
- Verify identities and agent registration with your regulator.
- Process payments via Paynow and prevent fraud.
- Send transactional emails and notifications you've opted into.
Sharing
We share data only with: the parties you're transacting with (e.g. an agent you message), service providers (hosting, email, payments) under contract, and authorities when required by Zimbabwean law.

Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, but no system is 100% secure.
